The Sewing Studio is open for group visit bookings!
We love hosting groups of sewers and quilters visiting Cornwall and the South West. If you're planning a sewing retreat or break away with quilting friends, we invite you to stop at our patchwork paradise with one of the biggest collections of quilting fabric in the UK. We're a one-stop-shop for everything you need to quilt, sew and make.
What to expect
Visit our wonderful shop, where our team of sewing and quilting experts will be on hand to assist you with any questions and help with projects.
We can recommend products, showcase new fabric ranges and collections, or demonstrate sewing and embroidery machines.
With advance notice, we can even arrange tea and bake a cake or two for your group in our café.
We are conveniently located in the centre of Redruth just off the A30 in close proximity to the High Street. We have our own free car park, access for wheelchair users and WC facilities. If you choose to arrive by train, we are a 10 minute walk from Redruth station.
For coach parties, there is suitable parking a short 3 minutes walk away at New Cut car park available between 9am - 4pm charged at £1.90 per hour or for 24 hours it's £12.10.
