We are looking for an Email Marketing manager with a proven track record in online retail to join our busy team and lead the delivery of our email and social media marketing plans to grow the business, acquire new customers and raise awareness of The Sewing Studio brand.
The role will include:
Create high quality and engaging email campaigns using a results-driven approach
Work with rest of marketing team to create a calendar of engaging product storytelling
Coordinate with other departments to align on brand, product and customer marketing initiatives
Confident in using customer data to segment and target audiences with relevant stories, product and content
Perform testing on emails (e.g. subject line, content A/B testing) and apply learnings
Work with the Ecommerce Manager in producing high converting landing pages
Monitor and improve transactional and triggered emails
Analyse market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
We are a small team so flexibility is key. You’ll be required to support in trade and ecommerce management when necessary such as making updates to the website and feed into the content creation. Training will be provided where necessary. You don’t need to know how to sew however a passion for our customer is essential.
About You:
Email Marketing (we currently use Klaviyo) - 2-3 years (essential)
Social media content planning, posting and community management (essential)
Confident creating visual assets and graphics suitable for email and social media using Adobe tools (essential)
eComm experience (essential)
Team work, communication, passion for customer experience (essential)
Ability to effectively analyse performance and present evidence of the best approaches.
Experience writing high converting copy and subject lines.
Good knowledge and use of analytics tools to drive performance.
High attention to detail and takes responsibility for the accuracy of their work.
Excellent numeracy skills, with strong analytical capabilities. Strong data mindset and inclination towards fact-based decisions. Hands on experience defining and selecting customer audiences.

Education - degree or further education qualification (desirable)
Starting salary up to £30k based on experience
